The printer is not ready. |

Make sure that the control panel of the printer indicates READY. If any other message appears, solve the problem by referring to the Reference Guide of your printer. |

Make sure that the correct printer driver is installed correctly. |
Install the correct printer driver again by referring to the Reference Guide of your printer. |

The printer driver has not been installed or the printer driver's port setting is not supported. |
Make sure that the correct printer driver is installed correctly and printer driver's port is selected correctly. |

EPSON Status Monitor 3 cannot be found. Install EPSON Status Monitor 3. |
Make sure that the correct EPSON Status Monitor 3 is installed correctly. |

The printer is not connected correctly. |

Selected printer is in a network environment. |
Utilities in the Paper Feed Adjustment dialog cannot be used in a network environment. |

There is not enough memory to run the program. |
Make sure that the computer has enough memory. |
Add memory to the computer. See System Requirements. |

The application cannot be used because the printer's firmware is too old. Please update the printer's firmware to the latest version. |

Update the firmware. See System Requirements. |

There may not be enough ink to complete a head cleaning. |
Make sure that the remaining ink is enough. |
If the remaining ink is not enough, replace the ink cartridge by referring to the Reference Guide of your printer. |

There may not be enough space remaining in the maintenance tank to complete a power head cleaning. |
Make sure that the maintenance tank has enough space. |
If the maintenance tank does not have enough space, replace the maintenance tank by referring to the Reference Guide of your printer. |

Failed to read the due to the wrong ink set. |
The ink set installed in the printer does not match the ink set setting in the selected file. |
Check the ink set setting in the selected file and change the ink set installed in the printer by referring to the Reference Guide of your printer. |

The settings could not be saved to the printer. |
An error has occurred in the printer. |
Make sure that the control panel of the printer indicates READY. If any other message appears, solve the problem by referring to the Reference Guide of your printer, and then save the value again. |
