  brilliant - absolutely brilliant. Thank you. Thought I would have to trash my printer and the unused ink cartridges. Only hiccup was needing to disable my security protection to install this wonderful product. Used it as a trial - which proved it worked - then bought the key to finish the job. I am wrapped as you have saved me hundreds of dollars as there is nothing wrong with the quality of the printing. Cheers, Alan.

In awe of you, that you could produce, make, create this reset program so that even I, 78 yrs. old, mostly blind and not much of a computer geek, could do it!   Thank you so much. You have helped me twice now. Once 2 yrs ago and just today, with the reset key to get my printer going again and I am so happy as I love my printer and it works perfectly and doesn't need to go to landfill. I have emptied the waste ink pads twice now, washed and dried so they will be the next thing I replace soon.
