| it works .. so happy .. I finally managed to reset using the trial key, it really help especially during emergency, you can't send your printer to the shop asap .. | |

| Program is easy to use, with the additional manual for reference.
It allowed me to correct a corrupted EEPROM in the printer.
All the .prn files are missing, so setting up the printer/scanner and the final print check are not possible.
If you only want to reset the ink pad counter then there are cheaper/ free program available.
Would give it a GOOD rating if missing files were included. | |

| Thank you so much. You have helped me twice now. Once 2 yrs ago and just today, with the reset key to get my printer going again and I am so happy as I love my printer and it works perfectly and doesn't need to go to landfill. I have emptied the waste ink pads twice now, washed and dried so they will be the next thing I replace soon. | |
