Great, for me absolutely great and excellent ! At my first email contact with 2manuals.com I received a fast response to a question about my printer and then I've been spend ~20 $ for the RX420 Printer manual and one RESET- Key , and it works :-) The Printer manual even is absolutely recommend for Technic freaks , escpecially the pictures in the 'disassembly/assembly' --_ section 4.3.10 Waste Ink Pads are useful. Works slick...and why shouldn't they make some $$ for their key and Utility? I appreciate not having to send the printer to Tech support or buy a new one like Epson suggests- when it was a piece of cake to do myself.

I just used this utility on an Epson XP 810. Worked like magic. First the trial version,this brought my printer back to life immediately. Then i bought the reset key, and according to the program, the waste counter is now set to zero. I replaced the inkpads with thightly packed adsorbent paper, so for less than ten dollars I have a fully working printer /scanner/copier again. Thanks! Chris

I saved the printer of my boyfriend a few years ago with the trial key and he was so happy that he gifted it to me. Now I decided to give the same printer one more chance and it worked again, saving me 300 euro for the price of 14 within 5 minutes. I also changed the pads by the way did not just reset the software and I recomend you to do that as well. Super easy to use and worth the money! Last but not least a really sustainable solution, allowing us to use a device which otherwise would be throuwn away.

At first I thought I was going to have to spend a lot of money and have to spend a lot of time fixing my issue. It was actually the complete opposite, it was very cheap/affordable and super easy to do. They give you all the steps and explain everything very clearly. do not waste your time with dealing with Epson. This was definitely the best decision to make. Will be back when I need to reset my printer again! Thank you 2manuals.com!!!!! To bad there isnt an AMAZING rating!!
