Make sure to actually check your waste ink pads or install an external tank. Great I can finally squeeze the life out of my printer. Epson scam artist want you to send it back so they can sell as a refurbished model. I really don\'t know why epson doesn\'t just make this program available them self for free? Until then I can pay $10 instead of a new epson. Tested on WF7510.   My printer stopped printing with the error as \"General Error\" Epson quoted me $60 to send an engineer to fix my printer. After reading through the information on this site I decided to fix it myself. Found the problem was related to the waste ink pad counter. Only 10 minutes, I had the the printer working. The printer tested fine and has done approx 150 pages since with NO issues. Thanks!

  I replaced the waste ink pad assembly on my Epson XP-800, not understanding that there were internal counters needing to be reset. The WIC Reset Utility and the WIC RESET KEY, along with the replacement waste ink pad assembly, have restored my printer to me. Thanks for making it so easy and, most importantly, having it work like you said it would.

  Have to confess I was a bit dubious about spending the money and whether it would be worthwhile, but am pleasantly surprised. Where others charge almost as much for a couple of single pages of info of little use, your manual is the complete one and indeed well worth the cost. Hoping it's going to enable my printer support guy to fully fix the problem with mine and save me having to shell out a LOT more to get another printer. Thanks.
