  This is the best $9.99 I have ever spent. My much used and carefully maintained Epson R1800 stopped working shortly after the dreaded notice appeared 'Service required.......' I had always been careful to soak up the excess ink in the sponge ink reservoir and the printer was still working beautifully. Thank goodness I looked on Google for a solution and it came up with you guys, like the cavalry coming over the hill to rescue me! the reset worked perfectly and my beloved printer is once again up and running. Thank you so much, I can unreservedly recommend your software.

  Hi, This is the second time I have reset my waste ink counter in about 18 months. Disappointed that the key I ordered (OS X Mac version) came to me as an exe. Luckily I had anticipated this and had a PC at the ready. That of course worked like a charm. Thanks anyway.

  Dear Team WIC, I was ready to buy a new Epson R800 printer today after failing all weekend to get my printer to work despite trying every technique suggested on the internet including the SSC Service Utility that still doesn't work for whatever reason?? Thank you for your help and the printer is working 100% wonderfully again now with your reset utility!!!   Printer reset with key then failed waste counter back to 100% after test print. Key no longer works!

2Manuals reply:
There is bug in Epson Photo 1390, 14000, 1410 firmware that put waste counter overflow back again after reset. This problem can be solved by updating printers firmware. Here is step by step manual how to fix it - www.2manuals.com/1400fw_update.php
