Worked perfectly on my Epson XP-950. The "Trial" option made it possible for me to verify that the software works as expected before I purchased a key. Having just purchased a key, I successfully reset the waste counters to zero. I also bought the new wastepads from OctoInk.co.uk. Great software which saved me a lot of money, thank you.

I was ready to trash my Epson 1400 but decided to give 2manuals.com a try. I purchased the usb sender tool and firmware upgrade as well. Had my printer fixed in minutes! Great work and products! At first I thought I was going to have to spend a lot of money and have to spend a lot of time fixing my issue. It was actually the complete opposite, it was very cheap/affordable and super easy to do. They give you all the steps and explain everything very clearly. do not waste your time with dealing with Epson. This was definitely the best decision to make. Will be back when I need to reset my printer again! Thank you 2manuals.com!!!!! To bad there isnt an AMAZING rating!!
