I have a Epson TX700w printer I contacted epson in Australia for a fix for full ink pads. They were about as much help as an ash tray on a harley. I pulled the pads out joined a hose to the ink drain hose drilled a small hole in the case put the hose through to a bottle on the out side ink pad problem solved. Downloaded the WIC Reset Programe Reset counter job done. The printer is working like a new one. I will never buy another Epson product again. A big thankyou to the Wic Programe you have saved me a lot of money. Bill.

Excellent , i was a bit dubious about buying a key in case it didn't work or that it could be a con , but im very very happy i did get this utility & purchased a key .
I used this utility to reset my Epson SX-110 which was giving me the message " ink pads had reached the end of their life " & needed service i ain't paying £49.99 just to have a sponge replaced ,
so a big THANK YOU for the tool & I WILL TELL MY FRIENDS WHO HAVE PRINTERS ALL ABOUT YOU .

BRILLIANT
My Epson T11 stopped working with the ominous 2 lights flashing so I knew it was trouble and yes teh dreaded message came up about internal parts reaching the end of their servicabel life take it to (an expensive) service. Oh dear - A Google search brought up all sorts of so called download links for free re-set software but all of them didn't download the software but kept taking me to weird web sites. I was in despair of finding somethign that worked then came across 2manuals.com. I thought at first oh dear theres a cost involved. However I though well if it does work it will be worth it. Downloaded the software, plus updates, ordered the re-set key and hey presto a few seconds later the printer was up and going again. It was was every penny of the cost.
Dont waste time trying to find so-called free solutions - total waste of time and so frustrating. Pay out for this and save the time and frustration AND it works! No fuss, no messign about no time wasting getting to dubious web site.
A big THANK YOU I can highlym unreservedly reccomend this compnay for sorted out knotty printer problems

I wouldlike to let you know that i bought another reset key from yoy site and it worked with onother workforce 840 I owned.
i think the problem with the other printer workforce 840 was that I used the reset key epson has in their website some times and probably it bloked the printer.
Just for you to know and to let you know this time worked with another 840 I own

I purchased one of your keys and ran the software on the Epson Artisan 1430.
It worked great, I now have a working printer.
You spared me the expense of having to replace my printer. I can't thank you enough for your service. I have several other printers that at some point will be in need of your software as well. When the time comes I will call on your services again.

Program is easy to use, with the additional manual for reference.
It allowed me to correct a corrupted EEPROM in the printer.
All the .prn files are missing, so setting up the printer/scanner and the final print check are not possible.
If you only want to reset the ink pad counter then there are cheaper/ free program available.
Would give it a GOOD rating if missing files were included.

This is my second purchase today, for the same utility.
Purchased under "ian@cinnamoncafe.com", had no end of problems. Once I paid the system did not let me in. Tried to change the password and it sent me 3 updates to the correct address, then informed me that the e-mail and password where both incorrect. Still have no joy.
Decided to register again at ian@jonesi.demon.co.uk, and everything worked smoothly!

I was leery about paying the $9.99 for a key. After speaking to Epson "Specialist" and being told "Your machine must have issues beyond repair, but we can sell you a new one for $190" I decided to go ahead and try this software. A++ I would recommend this to anyone wishing self repair an epson printer. I have a RX595 , I use a CCS and when I received the waste pad error I was heartbroken. I love this printer. I tried bypassing waste pad but still got the error. This software is well worth the $$

All I can say is thank you so much for saving my printer.
I changed the ink pads ( very simple task ) and used the Epson Reset. My printer still did not work and I was devastated. I spent MANY hours online researching the problem ( Epson was absoutely no help at all ) and finally came across your product. I used your program to reset the ink pad counter and it reset the counter as advertised. After I restarted the printer It would not do anything. I uninstalled all of the Epson software and reinstalled with the original disk that came with the printer. AWESOME a new printer!!!
I can not tell you how much i appreciate your product!
I thought I was buying one of the best printers on the market at that time and I am really TICKED off at Epson for building in an unnessisary self destruct.
I had purchased every upgrade for my printer Epson offered and was determined to get it working again and you did that for me. THANK YOU !!!!
