I was at 94 percent and got a warning from my printer that my ink pads were close to the end of their service life. After doing some research with Epson and some other stores I got the impression they just wanted you to trade it in on a new printer. This website was linked by a few different blogs and turned out to be the best alternative to keeping a fairly decent printer for a while longer. Thank you.

I saved the printer of my boyfriend a few years ago with the trial key and he was so happy that he gifted it to me. Now I decided to give the same printer one more chance and it worked again, saving me 300 euro for the price of 14 within 5 minutes. I also changed the pads by the way did not just reset the software and I recomend you to do that as well. Super easy to use and worth the money! Last but not least a really sustainable solution, allowing us to use a device which otherwise would be throuwn away.

This is like Magic!! I decided to leave a positive review because it saved me so much time and heartache. I needed to finish a lastminute order and of course that's when my printer decided that my ink pad was full. I was panicking cuz I only had a couple hours to complete the order. I took a deep breath read and followed all the instructions from here and within five minutes my printer was printing again!! Thank you!! Will definitely come back when/if it happens again!

THE LIVE SUPPORT SUCKED.
i was connected to someone named lisa, who asked my order number then disappeared and never responded for over five minutes to my questions. so i gave up on that but i really need the software and key. i am a past and future paying customer and not happy with the service at all atm.

When my printer quit working, I ordered a new printer. Then I decided to check youtube to see if anything could be done other than taking it in. That's when I found WIC.
This process was so easy, I cancelled my order for a new printer and fixed this on in less than an hour. I ordered new pads and entered the code to reset.
Code cost me less than 10 dollars, and 2 sets of pads for 15 dollars. Better than iver 300 for a new printer.

J'ai acheté une "RESET KEY" et je l'ai reçue correctement. Quand je dois la rentrer dans la fenêtre prévue, il n'y a que quatre caractères et demi qui peuvent entrer. Il est impossible d'en rentrer plus. Quel peut-être le problème ? (Je ne peux donc pas remettre à zéro mon compteur et donc, pour l'instant, j'ai acheté une clé qui ne me sert à rien...)

I bought a key Only for this when I run a reset for is to give me a QUERY IS REJECTED
then it goes on to say system has broken pieces and for me to buy another key and try again.
And this is not on the list of error codes!
I can't afford to keep buying keys!

Dear Team.
I am using Epson Xp520 Printer. Printer had an Error E-11 "An Inkpad needs service". Purchased Wicrest Key and Inkpad from Printerpotty.
At First i was not able to do the Reset. Software was not working when i click Test connection or Read waste counter.
.Installed all Printer drivers of Win 11. Version i installed WIC reset Utility V.5.90 (Nov.20.2023)
.I have disabled some of monitors which was recommended by wicrest tool
.it did not worked. same problem when i click on read counter progam is not working.
.i removed USB cable from my laptop and again connected. The reading counter shows the counter reading and i have reseted the Waste counter.

At first I thought I was going to have to spend a lot of money and have to spend a lot of time fixing my issue. It was actually the complete opposite, it was very cheap/affordable and super easy to do. They give you all the steps and explain everything very clearly. do not waste your time with dealing with Epson. This was definitely the best decision to make. Will be back when I need to reset my printer again! Thank you 2manuals.com!!!!! To bad there isnt an AMAZING rating!!

I always bought the key and it arrived correctly, but unfortunately in my last 3 purchases, the key did not arrive.
I already sent an email to support with the order number with the problem, they told me that everything was resolved, but nothing was resolved, and I still don't have the key.
very bad and slow customer support, it took almost 2 days for useless response.

I paid for the activation key and still waiting. No replys from any of the emails that I have sent. Went to the discussion board to seek answers and lots of people are commenting they are having the same problem...not receiving the key they have paid for. Starting to think this is a scam and 2Manuals that took my money is no help....I think they are in on it to.

NOT SO SIMPLE IF YOU ARE A MAC USER. I WASTED 3+ hours trying to download and activate on my MacPro. NO SUCCESS.
Took me 20 minutes to install on my spouses' WINDOWS PC. OK....printer is functional again but it has NOT been a pleasant experience.

Having changed the ink pads in my Epson XP-342 I didn't expect to get an error message telling me I had to have a service by Epson! Found this site highly recommended for resetting this message so went on and downloaded the WIC Reset Key and sure enough my printer reloaded and I was able to use my printer again as I desperately needed to print some paperwork out. Thank you 2manuals.com. Excellent service.

Very simple to perform on my Epson ET 2760. I received the ink pad reached its end-of-life error message on my printer. I replaced the Maintenace box and then used the reset key I purchased, and it seems to have fixed the issue.

my canon pixma ts9540 has not pick picking paper properly again since i reset the ink counter. pls help. this is the second printer of the same model it happened to exactly like that. it is this second printer that made me realise it is immediately after the ink counter reset that my printer stop picking paper itself. it just continue jamming. unless i feed it manually deep in the process of picking the papers. kindly help pls. sobddinn@gmail.com is my mail. thanks

Printers Waste ink counters doesn't have any relation to paper feed process. Please clean all paper feed rollers

Dziękuję Bardzo. Wszsytko działa. PRzestali zarabiac na cardridżach to wymyślili drogą wymianę pampersa w serwisie. Dopóki miałem ubuntu nie musiałem niczego resetować, nawet wymieniaćpampersa i jakoś nic się nie przepełniło... Przeszedłem na sterowniki Epsona bo zainstalowałem Windows11 to pojawił się problem, czyli widać że to ewidentnie naciąganie klienta. Producent oszust, ale na szczęście są uczciwi i dobrzy hakerzy - brzmi dziwnie, ale taka jest prawda.

I have order it but it can not work for reset wast ink pad. When release a new it too sad to order with 19.99$ with nothing can do.

This printer model has separate Waste Ink Maintenance Box with its own IC chip.
You can replace Waste Ink Maintenance Box or reset the chip on the Waste Ink Maintenance Box.
This information is clearly stated in program description at our site.

I was skeptical, like I'm sure we all are when buying something new online, but I simply turned off my Epson Monitor, under maintenance tab, bought the key, turned off my printer, then turned it back and and IT WORKED! Well worth $10.00, just so I don't have to buy another printer.
