I purchased one of your keys and ran the software on the Epson Artisan 1430. It worked great, I now have a working printer. You spared me the expense of having to replace my printer. I can\'t thank you enough for your service. I have several other printers that at some point will be in need of your software as well. When the time comes I will call on your services again. I love printing hard copies of material to review. I bought an Epson EcoTank 2650 for the single purpose of never having to worry about how much I have to print.

When I found out about the ink pad and how it basically “fills up” and prevents you from printing, I was pretty pissed off.

I called a service center in my state in the US and they wanted $110 to replace the ink pad and reset it. I searched hard for a solution and when I found this I was really sure this was a scam.

I tried it from one of your affiliates (octoinkjets) and did the trial to reset it to 90% and it worked.

Thank god you guys have this tool. I bought a key for $10 and was done with it. Watched a video on how to clean the ink pads and it was super easy. Now I have a new printer basically.

I can’t believe Epson gets away with this crap. You guys rock!
It really took a leap of faith to try this.

Still using an old Epson ET-2550, got a warning that there was a problem with one of the ink pads then within a few days got an error code E-11 which stopped the printer working completely (ink waste collector full and needed a counter reset). Searched for issue and Bootstrappin' on Youtube talked through a fix using WIC Utility. The hardest part of the whole process for me was getting the ink waste collector off the printer and washing out the pads. The WIC Utility was really easy to install and use and has fixed the problem straight away. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

BRILLIANT!!!!!!! You deserve every dollar you make from your extraordinary program and service. THANK YOU SO MUCH! In awe of you, that you could produce, make, create this reset program so that even I, 78 yrs. old, mostly blind and not much of a computer geek, could do it! I al thrilled and jumpinga round because you saved me about $300>$400 from not having to buy a new printer.
