  Thank you so much. You have helped me twice now. Once 2 yrs ago and just today, with the reset key to get my printer going again and I am so happy as I love my printer and it works perfectly and doesn't need to go to landfill. I have emptied the waste ink pads twice now, washed and dried so they will be the next thing I replace soon.

  my canon pixma ts9540 has not pick picking paper properly again since i reset the ink counter. pls help. this is the second printer of the same model it happened to exactly like that. it is this second printer that made me realise it is immediately after the ink counter reset that my printer stop picking paper itself. it just continue jamming. unless i feed it manually deep in the process of picking the papers. kindly help pls. sobddinn@gmail.com is my mail. thanks

Printers Waste ink counters doesn't have any relation to paper feed process. Please clean all paper feed rollers

  I was a bit unsure about trying this at first but thought its only about fiver so give it a try, and i'm glad i did, it's so simple and you save money as well, i had a slight problem with the reset key at first so i e-mailed 2manuals, They sent me a new key and i was all sorted in less than no time .   Everything works good for resetting printers. I hope the developer would ad Epson WF-3620 too. I use wic reset utility whenever I do repair on printers. Hopeful that the developer would add my very own printer WF-3620 on the list. God bless to the maker and developers of wic reset utility
