  Your printers are pieces of shit, I'm sure that HP will be happy to know they have even more customers. The firmware is a piece of shit, the software isn't good either. And as for the support team, well lets just say that their not even worth anything, as any complications I have had(and others) haven't had any help from them. So you can thank yourselves for the loss, and give a big round of applause to any companies your in competition with.

  WOW - WOW + WOW using your service since 2012 with 2 EPSON printers and CISS: PX 720 WD and XP 960 never had any real problems kisses for the ciss (as girl that I'm not) so what Everything works very fine - all one has to do is watch for pressure within inks - system Ciss saved a lot of money printing thouseands of hires fotos your service + team is excellent !!!!!!!!! Didn't EPSON learn from you - now they are selling printers with build - in CISS So YOU should get monex from EPSON !!!!!!!! The best of course is resetting the counters Go on like this

Only hiccup was needing to disable my security protection to install this wonderful product. Used it as a trial - which proved it worked - then bought the key to finish the job.   My printer stopped printing with the error as \"General Error\" Epson quoted me $60 to send an engineer to fix my printer. After reading through the information on this site I decided to fix it myself. Found the problem was related to the waste ink pad counter. Only 10 minutes, I had the the printer working. The printer tested fine and has done approx 150 pages since with NO issues. Thanks for your WIC PROGRAM!

  I own an Epson Artisan 700- Prior to buying it I never heard of the issue with the waste ink counter and epson's built in error codes that render the printer useless after reaching a certain print count. I like a lot of you searched for fixes online. I happened upon (2manuals.com) by way of youtube. I was very reluctant about using this but I also didn't have many other alternatives short of giving in to Epson and their repair method and cost or the purchase of another printer. I am very pleased that I went this route because my printer is up and going (printing) like it should be. I am a very satisfied customer. Thanks, Tim P.
