Today my Epson printer stopped working. I have the tool they provide to reset the ink pad counter but it simply reports network error after network error trying to connect to the Epson server.
Since its Christmas eve and I need to print some gifts for my kids I was totally hooped until I found you guys. I just want to thank you for doing what Epson was unable to do. They suck, you rock!

It worked fine. It was just that we didn't know where to start with opening the program. I couldn't get it to install so there was an icon that took us into the whole program. I found out that if I clicked on the one icon it opened the one we needed. The service manual will be of great help for later when the ink absorption pad needs changing. BRILLIANT!!!!!!! You deserve every dollar you make from your extraordinary program and service. THANK YOU SO MUCH! In awe of you, that you could produce, make, create this reset program so that even I, 78 yrs. old, mostly blind and not much of a computer geek, could do it! I al thrilled and jumpinga round because you saved me about $300>$400 from not having to buy a new printer.

The Epson PP-100 should be supported (it is in your list), but in the WIC Reset Utility v.5.0.40 program the printer is not supported in the 'Control' button. What am I doing wrong ?
