This program is a definate must have if you want to service your own printer. Using this program along with the servive manual (440,640,740) will help you to determine what the problem is. The program shows print head voltages, waste ink counter and reset, and recover print head functions just to name a few of the useful functions that this program has to offer. It returned my printer from a paperweight into a working Epson 640 in minutes. Even if your printer is working properly you can use this program ensure it will keep working. For less than $6.00 it is worth having.

My XP-4100 printer has recognized the old (but new) empty cartridge, I can also refill it with a syringe. This is a good economic solution.

Great, for me absolutely great and excellent ! At my first email contact with 2manuals.com I received a fast response to a question about my printer and then I've been spend ~20 $ for the RX420 Printer manual and one RESET- Key , and it works :-) The Printer manual even is absolutely recommend for Technic freaks , escpecially the pictures in the 'disassembly/assembly' --_ section 4.3.10 Waste Ink Pads are useful. This is like Magic!! I decided to leave a positive review because it saved me so much time and heartache. I needed to finish a lastminute order and of course that's when my printer decided that my ink pad was full. I was panicking cuz I only had a couple hours to complete the order. I took a deep breath read and followed all the instructions from here and within five minutes my printer was printing again!! Thank you!! Will definitely come back when/if it happens again!
