The Epson PP-100 should be supported (it is in your list), but in the WIC Reset Utility v.5.0.40 program the printer is not supported in the 'Control' button. What am I doing wrong ?

The reset key of Epson Px 650 worked properly. Artisan 810 also.

It worked fine. It was just that we didn't know where to start with opening the program. I couldn't get it to install so there was an icon that took us into the whole program. I found out that if I clicked on the one icon it opened the one we needed. The service manual will be of great help for later when the ink absorption pad needs changing. Epson xp-530 repaired thanks "trial"-key. Next time I'll puchase a fee-based key

My i250 fell apart while cleaning, and I needed a drawing on how to put it back together again.

I just used this utility on an Epson XP 810. Worked like magic. First the trial version,this brought my printer back to life immediately. Then i bought the reset key, and according to the program, the waste counter is now set to zero. I replaced the inkpads with thightly packed adsorbent paper, so for less than ten dollars I have a fully working printer /scanner/copier again. Thanks! Chris
