Worked hassle free with my Epson XP-55 .
I am very thankful that you provide the SW tool also for Linux as I have gone Microsoft-free at home.
It's cool that you provide a trial license to check out, whether the counter reset works in your setup (I admit I was sceptical). It worked for me and I immediatly ordered the full license.
The good thing is: as it is pure SW, it works also on weekends, when you need to print urgently and that stupid printer decided to not let you print any more!

I was skeptical in using this tool, but to my surprise and delight it worked like a charm using the serial key (trial) for a quick 10%reset of my Epson Artisan 830. Yes, meaning that if you don't buy the key, it will only reset your printer 10% of the way. My counters are now at 89.99% and 90.00%. It states these counters will reach maximum soon. I only wanted to use the fax option of this printer since I bought a new printer with fill tanks that hasn't arrived yet. This product worked perfectly. I wish I knew about it this software tool before buying a new printer......

Your printers are pieces of shit, I'm sure that HP will be happy to know they have even more customers. The firmware is a piece of shit, the software isn't good either. And as for the support team, well lets just say that their not even worth anything, as any complications I have had(and others) haven't had any help from them. So you can thank yourselves for the loss, and give a big round of applause to any companies your in competition with.

I just used this utility on an Epson XP 810. Worked like magic. First the trial version,this brought my printer back to life immediately. Then i bought the reset key, and according to the program, the waste counter is now set to zero. I replaced the inkpads with thightly packed adsorbent paper, so for less than ten dollars I have a fully working printer /scanner/copier again.

The Epson PP-100 should be supported (it is in your list), but in the WIC Reset Utility v.5.0.40 program the printer is not supported in the 'Control' button. What am I doing wrong ?

brilliant - absolutely brilliant. Thank you.
Thought I would have to trash my printer and the unused ink cartridges.
Only hiccup was needing to disable my security protection to install this wonderful product.
Used it as a trial - which proved it worked - then bought the key to finish the job.
I am wrapped as you have saved me hundreds of dollars as there is nothing wrong with the quality of the printing.

I was ready to buy a new Epson R800 printer today after failing all weekend to get my printer to work despite trying every technique suggested on the internet including the SSC Service Utility that still doesn't work for whatever reason??

Everything works good for resetting printers. I hope the developer would ad Epson WF-3620 too. I use wic reset utility whenever I do repair on printers. Hopeful that the developer would add my very own printer WF-3620 on the list. God bless to the maker and developers of wic reset utility
